About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with GIS experience to join our team at La Fosse. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing Java-based software with a focus on geospatial intelligence (GEOINT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Build and maintain Java-based applications with advanced GIS functionality.
  • GIS Integration: Work with GIS libraries like GeoTools, PostGIS, and ArcGIS to integrate complex geospatial data into national intelligence systems.
  • Collaboration: Partner with analysts and designers to meet mission-critical requirements and ensure high-quality software standards.
  • Optimization: Enhance geospatial data processing and ensure secure, compliant coding practices.
  • Support: Provide technical support and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in Java development with GIS, ideally in a security context.
  • Proficiency in Java, GIS tools (e.g., GeoTools, ArcGIS), and spatial databases.
