Cybersecurity Education Specialist

HAMILTON BARNES ASSOCIATES LIMITED is seeking an experienced cybersecurity education specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering various cybersecurity topics and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Engaging Training Content: Design and deliver training sessions for IT professionals, business leaders, and end-users.
  2. Train IT Professionals: Develop presentations, hands-on labs, assessments, and other instructional content to support training programs.
  3. Deliver In-Person and Virtual Training Sessions: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate individuals and organizations on cybersecurity best practices.
  4. Evaluate Training Program Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and continuous improvement efforts.
  5. Stay Current: Remain current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on training and education.
  3. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including risk management, threat analysis, and security best practices.
  4. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or similar are highly desirable.
Estimated Annual Salary:

$83,600 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week at $70 per hour.

This is a contract opportunity that requires a strong passion for teaching and training in cybersecurity.
