About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled C# software developer to join our team at MBDA UK Ltd. As a key member of our Weapons System Simulation and Experimentation (WSSE) team, you will play a crucial role in the development of real-time software components to simulate weapon systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop real-time software components using C# and C++ programming languages
  • Integrate hardware components to provide true representations of our systems
  • Collaborate with the team to provide visualisation, demonstrations, verification & validation, and training capability
  • Develop software using agile scrum methodologies
  • Ensure configuration control, continuous integration and continuous delivery or deployment, unit testing, and test-driven development
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software engineering and C# / C++ software development
  • Knowledge of real-time software, configuration control, and agile development methodologies
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
