• Set and Operate Heidenhain CNC Milling Machines: Ensure all settings and adjustments are perfectly aligned for optimal production runs.
• Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings: Utilize your understanding of blueprints and technical documents to determine precise machining operations.
• Select and Install Cutting Tools: Choose the appropriate tools and fixtures for different materials and desired outcomes.
• Conduct Quality Control: Use precision measuring tools to inspect and ensure all machined parts meet stringent specifications and tolerances.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter Operator, with a strong focus on Heidenhain milling machines.
• Proficiency in setting up and operating 2, 3, and 5-axis milling machines.
• A solid background in setting machines for small batch work and one-offs.
• The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.

Salary & Benefits:
