Job Title: IT ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our organisation's IT infrastructure and operations.
Key Responsibilities:- IT Operations Management: Manage and oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, and databases.
- IT Policy Development: Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
- Project Management: Plan and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure the availability of critical systems and services.
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background with expertise in network administration, systems integration, and cybersecurity.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management Skills: Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results on time and within budget.
