Job Overview

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a motivated and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a fantastic primary school in Harlow, teaching a KS2 class. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire and challenge KS2 pupils.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of KS2 students.
  • Regularly assess and monitor pupil progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure each child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
