Culinary Team Lead for High-Volume Kitchen

BrewDog is on the hunt for a skilled Sous Chef to lead our busy kitchen at Lothian Road.
This role involves owning a section, guiding and supporting the team, and delivering high-quality food. As part of the management team, you'll ensure food safety and health are top priorities. You will also be responsible for managing food production to specification across all sections.
The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably with some background in closely supporting a Kitchen Manager and covering shifts when needed.
Financial acumen would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
We're looking for a natural trainer who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in nurturing future talent within BrewDog kitchens.
