Automotive Appearance Coordinator

We are seeking an Automotive Appearance Coordinator to join our team at Arnold Clark in Dumbarton, responsible for ensuring all vehicles are presented to the highest standard, working in an active, physical environment, and being part of a fantastic team.

• Cleaning sold and stock vehicles to an exceptional standard, paying attention to every detail.
• Cleaning vehicles externally using high-powered pressure washers, maintaining equipment and machinery, and reporting any defects.
• Using high-powered vacuums to clean and shampoo vehicle interiors, adhering to health and safety procedures while working with chemicals.
• Enhancing bodywork with polishing/buffing machines, meeting set timeframes and targets, and managing vehicle schedules using an online diary system.

• A full UK driving licence and basic computer skills.
• A high level of attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask, willingness to participate in training programmes, and adherence to manufacturers instructions and PPE recommendations.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
