Site Manager Opportunity in Mid Cornwall

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Mid Cornwall. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating and managing construction work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
  2. Supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
  3. Conducting regular inspections of site to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
  4. Managing the relevant paperwork (i.e. daily inspections, QA, H&S forms etc.)
  5. Monitoring costs and project progress.
  6. Finding solutions to problems that occur throughout a project.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • First aid at work certification.
  • Black or Gold CSCS card.
  • Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Project:

This is a long-term contract opportunity with a minimum duration of 6 months, with potential for longevity. The project has up to 2 years left to run, and the successful candidate will be required to undergo background checks and obtain security clearance.
