About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Service Coordinator to join our team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality housekeeping services.

As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of housekeeping services across various trust premises. Your primary focus will be on organizing staffing over a 7-day period, ensuring all main services on site are covered, and supervising scheduled tasks that support housekeeping.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of operational techniques in delivering soft FM services. You should also have experience in supervising staff and services, as well as working in a 'live' hospital environment with a focus on patient, staff, and visitor safety.

This is a part-time position, working 28 hours per week, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the trust.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,071 to £25,674 per annum, pro rata.
