Yard Assistant

As a Yard Assistant at MKM Building Supplies, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for assisting customers and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will include loading and unloading vehicles, picking and checking orders, and storing stock safely. You will also be required to maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
You will be working with a small team and interacting with customers on a daily basis, so we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A Counterbalance Forklift License is desirable for this role, and building industry knowledge would be advantageous.
The shift pattern for this role includes alternate Saturday mornings. In return, you will receive a competitive salary package, contributory pension scheme, and a range of other benefits, including free parking and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.
