- Support the Registered Manager in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.">
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.">
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.">
Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.">
- Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home preferred.">
- Strong staff management and organisational skills.">
- Good understanding of Ofsted regulations.">
Salary and Benefits:
">The salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including ongoing training and development opportunities.
