About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate reports for submission to external and internal bodies
  • Oversee monthly Quality Account Narratives and audit timetables
  • Provide administrative support across various areas, including development and review of tasks and actions
  • Line manage the full administration team
  • Provide PA support to the Hospital Director

Requirements:

  • Administrative and secretarial skills
  • Ability to work with complex databases and electronic patient records
  • 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of Quality Audits relevant to Independent Healthcare
