**Contract:** Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)
We are Cambridge University Press, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organization, and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
As a key figure in supporting the financial function of our business, you will be responsible for managing the asset of debt for Cambridge University Press, within the global credit policy, by means of on-time collection and responsibility in making credit assessment/decisions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Creating and maintaining monthly aged debtor/credit reports in line with monthly credit cycle and deadlines.
- Managing and resolving customer credit issues to ensure timely payment.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective credit management strategies.
- Providing expert advice on credit risk assessment and management.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in credit control or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
