We are seeking an experienced Engineering Management Lead to join our team.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the engineering team, ensuring that all design and development activities are aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing engineering strategies to drive business growth
• Managing engineering projects to ensure timely completion and within budget
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Managing budgets and resources to optimize engineering costs

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering) or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership skills, including team management and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus company holiday pay and benefits package. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week on days, with flexible working arrangements available.
