Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at OX Seven Talent Partners R2R. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and placing top talent in the technical and engineering sector.

About the Role:

This is an office-based role in a great location in Leicester with excellent transportation links. You will be working alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team, and you will be given an amazing platform and environment to thrive in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and selecting top talent in the technical and engineering sector
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the technical and engineering sector
  • Strong knowledge of the technical and engineering industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE)
  • A beneficial commission scheme up to 20%
