At Banana Moon Day Nurseries, we are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Early Years Specialist to join our vibrant Pre-School Room team. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a nurturing environment where we prioritize children's natural curiosity and joy in learning through interactive and playful experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As an Early Years Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational and care services, ensuring a secure, nurturing, and inviting atmosphere for children and their families. Your role will involve:
- Implementing best practices in early childhood education to foster a supportive and stimulating environment.
- Adhering to company policies and regulatory standards while following the educational curriculum to achieve the highest inspection ratings.
- Engaging with the local community to promote our nursery and maintain a stellar reputation while providing outstanding customer service.
Work Schedule
- Flexible working hours available.
- Monday to Friday, between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
- No weekend shifts required.
Qualifications
- A playful spirit and a willingness to embrace fun.
- Possession of a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
- A clean DBS check is essential.
- Experience in a nursery setting is preferred.
