Applicant Requirements:

  • Possess a current Construction Safety Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card at an appropriate level of qualification, as this is a mandatory requirement for consideration.
  • Have received training on high working, including Pasma/Ladder use.
  • Demonstrate ability to hang all types and styles of wall coverings, such as wide width, fabric-backed, and paper-backed options.
  • Be able to work independently and methodically as required.
  • Alternatively, possess part-qualifications in an Engineering training program or a completed apprenticeship with a specialization in Painting/Decorating.
  • Show experience working alongside Contractors and others.

Job Duties:

  • Provide a Painting and Decorating service to CHG Facilities, covering both internal and external aspects of the premises.
  • Offer touch-up and fabric refurbishment services on a reactive and rolling program basis.
  • Provide expert advice on redecoration and fabric repair requirements throughout the facilities.
  • Ensure redecoration aligns with CHG property lease obligations.
