Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Coordinator to join our team at Co-op Digital. As a Customer Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the store, and handling challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers, taking ownership of managing the store and handling challenging situations.
- Develop and coach your team's capabilities, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
- Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
- Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to provide a great shopping experience for customers.
- Support the store manager by deputising when they are not working and delivering HR processes.
- Lead the introduction of new products and services, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- The ability to strike a balance between leading and supporting your team and rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A desire to learn, grow, and develop your leadership skills.
