Job Summary:

Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Plumbing Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Plumbing Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance tasks within your area of expertise and skills set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including ordering supplier parts and managing van stock.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as designated.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to rectify faults and maintenance issues.
  • Take measurements, estimate labor, and identify material requirements for follow-on works.
  • Provide timely and accurate electronic worksheets and timesheets.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to client scanning on/off requirements.
  • Maintain and exercise divergence with company plant and equipment, highlighting defectives to line managers when necessary.
  • Maintain a flow of timely information to schedulers and managers.
  • Help resolve client-related issues or disputes.
  • Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner, adhering to company policies, procedures, risk, and method statements.
  • Assist in monitoring practices and routines to ensure compliance with relevant SHE legislation and regulations.
  • Report any H&S issues, concerns, bad practice, or non-conformance to management.
  • Undertake robust site-specific risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Must be fully competent to work on drainage assets as aligned to relevant contracts.
  • Knowledge of commercial drainage systems essential (above and below ground).
  • Understanding the importance of SLAs and exceeding client expectations.
  • Providing clear and detailed feedback and good communication skills is essential, including reporting using WinCan would be an advantage.
  • Understanding the need to escalate issues where necessary.
  • Full driving license.
  • Familiar/qualified with tools and machinery used in the drainage and jetting industry.
