A reputable legal practice in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their well-established corporate commercial team.

The successful candidate will provide a first-class service to clients across a range of high net worth transactions, leveraging their expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, shareholders' agreements, and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently on a varied case load, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and commercial contracts.
  • Collaborate with the team on larger transactions, working closely with corporate finance advisors, accountants, and tax specialists.
  • Contribute to business development, actively engaging with clients and professional networks.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years of PQE +.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, managing a caseload and building client relationships.
  • Experience in corporate and commercial law, gained at a law firm or in-house.
  • Strong technical competence, marketing and business development skills, and confident networking abilities.
