Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Adult Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care and promote independence among our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene.
  • Assisting clients with medication administration and preparing food and drink according to their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care and medication support provided to clients.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhering to all regulatory and statutory obligations, as well as the company's policies and procedures.

Salary and Benefits
