CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Sewage Plant Engineer to join our client in a small but fast-growing business within the sewage and waste water industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the maintenance of equipment, complete planned maintenance, and fault finding in sewage treatment plants, sewage pumps, and wastewater systems.
- Deal with electrical and mechanical elements of the systems, ensuring the upkeep of our sewage treatment plant and pump maintenance contracts and service plans.
- Ensure your van stock is up to date with relevant parts and tools, and carry out on-the-job training as directed by your line manager.
- Experience working in the sewage treatment industry or a similar engineering role, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via mobile as the job role is mainly remote.
- Ability to fault find in a range of demanding environments, with a strong focus on problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Qualifications in either mechanical or electrical disciplines, with a strong emphasis on electrical qualifications such as 17th, 18th, or 19th edition.
- CSCS card and full UK driving license, with the ability to work in confined spaces.
