Job Title: Commercial Account Handler
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Lawes Consulting Group. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, building relationships, and providing professional advice on new and existing commercial insurance risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including motor, property, and liability risks.
- Provide quotations and renewals, and negotiate with insurers to secure the best possible terms.
- Work closely with clients to design and tailor bespoke insurance programs to meet their commercial insurance needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of risk assessments, policy documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of handling commercial insurance risks in excess of £10,000 income.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including motor, property, and liability risks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and insurers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Acturis experience preferred but not essential.
