Job Summary
Lynx Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team in Ashford, specializing in medical and life science instrumentation. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end project delivery in medical device manufacturing, working closely with cross-functional teams and international supply chain partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost control, to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Communicate project progress and requirements to internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruptions.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Proficiency in MS Project and ERP systems, with experience in process validation and regulatory compliance.
