About the Role

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and supporting staff to provide high-quality services, including prescription supply, NHS and private services, and healthcare advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver excellent patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other store teams to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for customers and patients.
- Manage pharmacy operations, including stock replenishment, range management, and administration.
- Provide training and development opportunities for colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
