We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Personnel Placements. Located in Salisbury, this role involves providing comprehensive financial support to our clients across the UK.

Job Overview

This is an office-based position, working 9 am - 5 pm with some flexibility offered. Our clients offer a range of benefits, including company pension, staff discount, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and sick pay.

About the Role
  • Liaise with HR on changes and updates, including processing new starters and leavers, adding or deleting from payroll systems.
  • Calculate and process statutory payroll deductions, including PAYE, Employer and Employee NICs, ensuring these are included in final payroll calculations.
  • Collate weekly and monthly bank staff timesheets, checking anomalies or issues requiring clarity with Clinic Managers to ensure timely payment.
  • Collate P11D and P60 reporting, supplying resulting documents online via portal.
  • Produce routine and ad hoc payroll reports for management information.

Experience in dealing with PAYE, NI, P60, P45, P11D, and Pension AE is desired, as well as a CIPP qualification.
