The role of the Manufacturing Engineering Technician at Bluetownonline is to provide technical support to the Manufacturing Engineering team. This involves assisting with production and assembly processes, creating and maintaining master data, production instructions, and standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a UK level 3 qualification and good English and mathematics skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Aid with technical problem solving through production & assembly
  2. Assist with Master Data creation & maintenance
  3. Production instruction creation & maintenance
  4. Design and order tooling & work holding
  5. Creation & maintenance of SOPs
  6. Team working on 8D and CAPA
  7. Take part in Setup reduction workshops
  8. Participate in production, scrap & project meetings as required
