About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to support children in a primary school resource base catering for students with Autism. Working under the direction of the class teacher and SENDCo, you will provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children in the resource base, promoting independence and inclusion.
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENDCo to develop and implement individual learning plans.
  • Assist with the management of classroom resources and equipment.

Requirements
  • Experience working with children with Autism or similar needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Please note
This role is subject to a DBS check and the successful candidate will be required to undergo training and induction, as necessary.
