Job Description: Capilaux Aero is a fast-paced global logistics provider specializing in time-critical freight solutions for the aerospace industry. We are seeking a Trade Compliance & Quality Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence in our trade compliance and quality assurance functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regional compliance with international trade regulations, customs processes, and audits, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of our trade compliance program. Additionally, you will train teams on critical trade compliance topics and oversee quality management.

**Key Accountabilities:**
* Manage regional compliance with international trade regulations, customs processes, and audits.
* Develop and implement our trade compliance program.
* Train teams on critical trade compliance topics (ITAR, Incoterms, dangerous goods).
* Oversee quality management, including the development and implementation of quality systems and procedures.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., international business, supply chain management).
* Proven experience in trade compliance and quality management (at least 5 years).
* Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs processes.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
