Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead, and implement the Learning and Talent Management (LT&M) strategy across the GWS Global Local business.
  • Design and deliver effective learning tools, programs, and solutions to enable the achievement of the Local business strategic business plans and goals.
  • Partner with the GWS Global Local People Partner community and business leadership teams to create, implement, and deliver a comprehensive range of tools and programs.
  • Lead the GWS Local LT&M team to ensure delivery on key initiatives.
  • Act as a change expert, making sure that learning and development interventions are at the core of change programs.
  • Create and deliver initiatives that align, preserve, and develop the CBRE RISE values and desired GWS Local behaviors.
  • Build and maintain regular, high-quality contact with key senior internal stakeholders.
  • Provide input on LT&M policies and processes, policy development, and achieving business plans and growth.
  • Ensure business compliance with internal policy requirements and external legal requirements.
  • Deliver LT&M programs that support the attraction, development, and retention of talent.
  • Leverage existing vendor relationships for learning solutions.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain members of the LT&M Team and provide coaching and career development.
  • Motivate and lead the LT&M team and create a high-performance, results-based culture.
  • Manage LT&M budgets with knowledge of financial terms and principles and conduct financial analysis.
Requirements
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of learning and development principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
