Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with Fugro's training policies and procedures.
  • Deliver training courses virtually, face-to-face, and online to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with Land and Marine Drilling experts to gather technical information required for training course development.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, and prioritize the welfare of all course attendees.
  • Support other trainers and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in drilling technology and operations, onshore and/or offshore.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, MS Project).
  • Adaptability and ability to work effectively within a small team and independently.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances.
