**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support Worker to join our team at VP Forensic. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a male client with Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disability, ADHD, and complex behavior.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide personal care and support to the client, including daily living tasks, maintaining a healthy diet, and domestic responsibilities.
  • Prompt the client with personal care tasks and provide cognitive and behavioral support using effective management strategies.
  • Access to meaningful activities in the community and within the home, promoting the client's independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of the client's progress and activities.

**Requirements**

  • Caring, patient, and empathetic nature, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of supporting clients with Learning Disabilities and Complex Behaviors, with a minimum of 6 months experience.
  • Full working rights to work in the UK, with no sponsorship offered.
