Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Path Recruitment Ltd. As a Plant Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing construction plant hire equipment to an extremely high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all construction plant hire equipment to an extremely high standard, including diagnosing faults, servicing, and performing Preventive Defect Inspections (PDIs) on site.
  • Carry out breakdown repairs on construction plant machinery.
  • Routine services on the plant equipment, including diggers, dumpers, pavers, excavators, road rollers, generators, compressors, breakers, compactors, and other heavy machinery.

Requirements:

An NVQ in Plant Maintenance or equivalent is highly desirable. If you have a strong background in plant maintenance and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A Monday-to-Friday working schedule.
  • 22 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
