We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team in Aylesbury.

As an Expert Tradesperson, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in your designated area. Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.
Key Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent
- Current CSCS Card
- Relevant trade experience since completing NVQ
- Full UK Driving license

- Motivated individual with a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills with ability to liaise with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Extremely hard working and driven with determination to achieve excellence
Remuneration Package:
Our remuneration package includes a competitive basic salary in line with industry standards. You will also receive a weekly performance bonus and pay for travel time and expenses. The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 per annum, reflecting the local market conditions and cost of living.
