We are a dynamic and forward-thinking dental practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in our team, supporting our clinicians and patients in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Your Role
As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for providing chair-side support in all day-to-day activities within the practice and surgeries. You will work closely with our clinicians to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care, while adhering to all clinical and health & safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating a welcoming environment for patients, setting them at ease from the outset
- Maximising the use of our internal system to ensure accurate patient records are maintained
- Ensuring the surgery is set up appropriately for each session, maximising efficiency and practice utilisation
- Anticipating the requirements of clinicians and patients, ensuring necessary lab work and equipment is in place
- Monitoring surgery stocks to maintain appropriate levels
- Undertaking reception duties, including answering the telephone, making appointments, and collecting patient charges
