About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you'll be working Monday to Friday, developing and leading sports activities that cater to various age groups.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver innovative sports programs that promote fun, physical activity, and social interaction among campers.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment, ensuring the welfare of all children at all times.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure seamless program delivery and camper satisfaction.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with children aged 5-17 in a coaching or teaching capacity.
- 3 months of experience coaching a sport or active games, with a focus on developing skills and teamwork.
- Vibrant, resilient, and team-player qualities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Level 2 or higher qualification in Primary or Secondary Teaching, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education.
- Paediatric First Aid certification (training opportunities available).
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
