Lead a Team of Care Professionals

We are seeking an experienced care professional to lead our team of care assistants in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of care assistants, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of care assistants to provide high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop care assistants to ensure a skilled and motivated team
Requirements:
  • At least two years' experience working in a social care environment
  • Qualified to at least QCF level 2
  • Ability to work on a shift pattern, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
