We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Agility Resoucing. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional financial support and has excellent communication skills.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including managing the Accounts inbox, ensuring accurate coding of invoices and expenses, and chasing late payments. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our procurement team to set up new suppliers on our system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Accounts inbox and distribute emails accordingly.
- Ensure invoices and expenses are coded correctly and verify Procurements coding.
- Chase missing/late invoices due to statement reconciliations.
- Send new supplier forms to all new suppliers and set up on Sage independently verifying bank details.
