Health & Safety Co-ordinator / Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Co-ordinator / Advisor to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our Health, Safety & Environmental department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the site maintains its high levels of health and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high levels of Health & Safety admin support to the HSE Manager, ensuring compliance with legislative and corporate requirements.
  • Conduct monthly safety audits, behavioral observations, and quarterly safety inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Advise managers and employees on legislative and corporate compliance, ensuring they meet statutory requirements and corporate HS&E policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a Manufacturing/Engineering/FMCG environment.
  • Experience supporting a Health & Safety Manager.
  • Level 3 Food hygiene, Intermediate HACCP, and a good knowledge of BRC standards.
