Quantity Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Calco Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project costs, developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and leading a team of quantity surveyors and engineers to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
About the Role:- Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead a team of quantity surveyors and engineers to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or quantity surveying.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably with a major contractor.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
- A competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus bonus.
