Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Asset and Stock Coordinator to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As an Asset and Stock Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of assets and stock across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt and storage of incoming assets and stock
  • Coordinate the physical movement of devices between storage locations and with customers
  • Assist schedulers and engineers in selecting and packaging stock for incident and requested items
  • Clean and wipe devices prior to handing them over to engineers for quality assessment
  • Support the wider team in delivering devices to customers
  • Assist in tech bar support (delivery and collection of user kit)
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of stock usage and request replenishment as needed
  • Maintain accurate stockroom records using ServiceNow and regularly audit to ensure rotation and accuracy of stock
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional environment
  • Ability to take initiative and understand time-sensitive requirements
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM is an advantage
