About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious lawyer to join our top-tier team as a Business Crime Associate Solicitor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling complex and high-profile international disputes, working closely with multinational corporations, financial institutions, governments, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal cases, identifying key issues and developing effective strategies for resolution.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers and experts to develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Represent clients in landmark cases, including Inquests, International Fraud rings, Tax investigations, Bribery and Corruption, Interpol Red notices, and Sanctions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored legal advice to support their growth and success.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth through business development, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to expand our client base.
Requirements
  • Strong academic background, typically with a 2:1 or above.
  • Proven ability to contribute to the firm's growth through business development.
  • Ideal candidate will have between 1 – 4 years PQE as a solicitor or legal executive.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus, given the international scope of the work.
