As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individual and group support to students with SEMH needs, creating engaging learning activities, and collaborating with teachers to develop IEPs.

Job Description:
  • Provide targeted support to students with SEMH needs in small group settings
  • Develop and deliver inclusive and challenging learning activities tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective IEPs
  • Encourage positive behaviour and support students to manage their emotions

Salary: Approximately £22-28 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements include previous experience working with students with SEMH needs, relevant qualifications, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a good understanding of safeguarding procedures.
