About the Position

We are seeking a talented Equipment Optimization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failure and optimize performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and design solutions to increase equipment efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment operation and document results.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure adherence to specifications and report any issues to the maintenance manager.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or engineering, with knowledge of automated systems and PLC controls.
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, with basic computer skills and familiarity with CMMS systems.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends as required.
