Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Medical Devices

Our client, a leading Medical Device Technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures to improve product quality and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to the manufacturing floor to ensure production of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including control plans, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of project-related documentation, including FMEA, PFMEA, and hazard analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical sector.
  • Strong understanding of CAD modeling and design for manufacturability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and travel when required.
