Job Description

Adepto Technical Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Leader to join our team in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contractor Management: Plan and manage contractors on-site, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure full safety compliance across all operations.
  • SOP Development: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
  • Asset Management: Ensure that all assets operate according to their specific inspection and maintenance regimes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Degree/HND in Engineering or Science discipline, ideally with an accountancy bias.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a production environment.
  • Training: Six Sigma trained.
  • Skills: Strong planning, management, and communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation. Proficiency in ensuring safety and compliance standards.
