As a Machine Learning Operations Specialist at Insight Global, you will play a crucial role in taking AI models from scientific research to production. You will collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. Your expertise in MLOps practices will ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the models, and you will monitor their performance in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Model Deployment: Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine learning models into production environments, implementing MLOps practices to ensure their effectiveness and reliability.
  2. Skillset Enhancement: Elevate the skillset of our existing team by sharing best practices, conducting workshops, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  3. Infrastructure as Code: Leverage Azure Machine Learning services and Terraform to build scalable and reproducible ML infrastructure, automating deployment, configuration, and management of ML resources.
  4. Interface Between Data Science and Model Building: Act as a bridge between data scientists and engineering teams, translating research findings into practical solutions that align with business goals.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years' experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
  2. Proven experience using Azure and Terraform to build, deploy, and manage high-quality ML models
  3. Must be well-versed in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  4. Experience implementing the core principles of ML Ops: Version control, automation, continuous integration, and model governance in aid to taking models into production
  5. Strong background in collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams
