Our Environmental Permitting Team is growing, and we are looking for a professional to lead our team with experience in environmental permitting and environmental consultancy.

The ideal candidate will be experienced at working with sector specialists and preparing environmental permits across different sectors in the UK, including water, waste, industry, energy, minerals, and construction.

Key responsibilities will include preparing environmental permit applications, advising on and auditing Environmental Management Systems, undertaking environmental audits, and leading technical and other work while ensuring high levels of quality and environmental responsibility.

We are looking for a collaborative nature, demonstrating strong relationships with other teams within the business, excellent commercial understanding of environmental consultancy, and a sound knowledge and experience of the environmental permitting regime and management of permit applications.

Experience of working for the UK environmental regulators (eg EA, NIEA, NRW or SEPA) and a Full UK driver's licence are also essential.
