What You'll Achieve
  • Market properties to potential tenants and negotiate offers
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping, driving business growth
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge, with close support from your mentor

Your Journey

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you'll receive industry-leading training and support. You'll benefit from:
